As GoPremium continues to grow, we're seeking a passionate and skilled Head of Growth to accelerate our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This position is key to driving our visibility in African markets, building a strong customer base, and ensuring that we deliver real value to users across the continent.

Responsibilities

The Head of Growth will be the architect of GoFree's expansion strategies. Here's what the role entails:

  1. Performance Marketing: Run data-driven advertising campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand awareness and acquire new users. This includes optimizing campaigns for the best cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) metrics.
  1. SEO and Content Marketing: Lead SEO efforts to boost organic search traffic, improve website visibility, and engage potential users with meaningful content. From blog posts to social media, this person will be responsible for ensuring GoFree's voice is both informative and engaging.
  1. Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and businesses to increase GoFree's reach and credibility. Collaborations with well-known African brands, for example, could bring GoPremium closer to the local communities it serves.
  1. User Retention: Use data analytics and customer feedback to refine retention strategies, ensuring that users who join GoPremium remain active and engaged.
